Resource Center
The Resource Center at the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs maintains a comprehensive collection of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention and treatment information. These free services are accessible by letter, fax, internet, email, telephone, or in person during the business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays.
Contacting the Resource Center
The Resource Center provides non-emergency information only and does not operate a crisis line. The Resource Center maintains two toll-free statewide telephone numbers for California residents needing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention and treatment information, publications, or lending services.
