Date System Announcements
Jun 06, 2003 Version 3.6 of the SACPA Reporting Information System has been released to production. Version 3.6 includes an upgrade to internal maintenance processes. These changes do not affect user functionality. They are database maintenance processes to archive and clean up files.
Mar 10, 2003 ADP successfully installed SRIS Build 3.5 on March 7, 2003. The new release added a new reporting field to the Annual Financial Status Report, Client Fees Assessed and Collected by the County for County Treatment Operated Programs
Jan 08, 2003 ADP will be installing SRIS Build 3.4 on Thursday, January 9, 2003. The system will be unavailable from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on that day. The system will be modified to make it easier for users to stay within one fiscal period/version when adding and making updates to county submissions. ADP is modifying the flow of SRIS to step the user through each submission. The new flow will reduce the number of options on each page and draw the user more logically through each step of the submission process.
Aug 05, 2002 ADP plans to install SRIS version 3.3 on Wednesday, August 7, 2002. On that day, the system will be offline from approximately 8 a.m. to noon to allow ADP staff to complete this upgrade. Version 3.2 will be mostly transparent to users of SRIS. The build was developed to provide ADP staff access to data on in a new format. Jun 24, 2002 ADP plans to install SACPA 3.1 on Wednesday, June 26, 2002. On that day, the system will be offline from approximately 8 a.m. to noon to allow ADP staff to install this upgrade. Version 3.1 includes the ability to report of actual spending and client counts for SATTA (SB 223). Detailed descriptions of these change are available on the April 2, 2002 SACPA Release Notice.

Mar 29, 2002 ADP plans to install SACPA 3.0 on Tuesday, April 2, 2002. On that day, the system will be offline from approximately 12 noon to 4 p.m. to allow ADP staff to install this upgrade. Version 3.0 will allow counties to submit all parts of their County Plans using SRIS. The changes include the ability to upload the plan description and the reporting of their planned spending for SATTA (SB 223). Detailed descriptions of these change are available on the April 2, 2002 SACPA Release Notice.

Feb 13, 2002 ADP plans to install SACPA 2.1 on Tuesday, February 19, 2002. On that day, the system will be offline from approximately 8 a.m. to 12 noon to allow ADP staff to install this upgrade. Version 2.1 will allow counties to produce reports of their Expenditure, Other Services Client Counts and Other Services Waiting List submissions. Counties will also have access to statewide total reports and to county average reports based on population size. Detailed descriptions of these changes will be available on the February 19 SACPA Release Notice.

Jan 31, 2002 ADP plans to install an amendment to SRIS on Thursday, January 31, 2002. This change will remove the system constraint that requires the drug treatment total on the Fiscal Plan Service/Activity screen to be greater than the fiscal year excess funds when changing the status of the Fiscal Plan.

Jan 03, 2002 ADP plans to install SACPA 2.0 on Monday, January 7, 2002. On that day, the system will be offline from approximately 8 a.m. to 12 noon to allow ADP staff to install this upgrade. Version 2.0 will add the following functionality and changes:
  • Automation of the County Expenditure Reports
  • Automation of the Other Services Client Counts submission
  • Automation of the Other Services Wait List submission

Sep 07, 2001 ADP plans to install SACPA 1.2 on Monday, September 10, 2001. On that day, the system will be offline from approximately 8 a.m. to 12 noon to allow ADP staff to install this upgrade. Version 1.2 will add the following functionality and changes:
  • Automation of the Financial Status Reports
  • Addition of versioning capabilities for Client Projections and Client Counts
  • The ability to submit revised Fiscal Plans
  • Status Codes have been changed to be more descriptive

Aug 15, 2001 The system is going to be shut down for maintenance from 6:00 PM, Friday, August 17 through 6:00 PM, Saturday, August 18. During this time, the underlying server database will be upgraded to new hardward and software.
Jul 19, 2001 The SACPA Web application will be down from 5PM until approximately 9PM on the evening of Tuesday, July 24. During this time some software on the SACPA Web server will be upgraded. There will be no changes made to the SACPA application.
Jul 17, 2001 The Annual and Quarterly Financial Status Report hard copy forms are now available through the SACPA web site. The Annual and Quarterly Financial Status Reports will be automated as a part of SACPA Reporting Information System Version 1.2 and the Spending Report will be automated as a part of SACPA Reporting Information System Version 2.0. Look for further announcements regarding the proposed release dates for these new versions.
Jul 16, 2001 Version 1.1 of the SACPA Reporting Information System has been released to production. This version provides four new reports that present statewide summaries of county plans. Currently, access to these reports is limited to ADP users.
Jun 04, 2001 You can now choose from two methods to submit your completed County Plan Preprint (narrative portion of the county plan) to ADP:
  • US Mail
  • As an e-mail attachment. If you choose this option, click the SACPA E-Mail graphic at the bottom of the SACPA Home Page to open the e-mail application. Use the ADP address that appears in the "TO" field.

May 18, 2001 There will be a disruption of services to the ADP Web site during the upcoming Memorial Day weekend. The outage is scheduled to occur from noon on Saturday, May 26, 2001 to noon on Sunday, May 27, 2001. This is due to the installation of equipment, which will ensure the data center will be able to maintain operations in the event of a rolling blackout or other cessation of regular electrical services.

May 10, 2001 User quick reference instructions are now available for County and ADP use on the System Documentation page for help in navigating the SACPA Reporting Information System.
May 09, 2001 The SACPA Reporting Information System requires your client browser to allow 128-bit encryption for added security. If you receive the message: HTTP Error 403, when you attempt to login to the system, you will need to upgrade your web-browser to accommodate 128-bit encyption. May 07, 2001 The SACPA Reporting Information System was successfully implemented on May 7, 2001.
Apr 30, 2001 The initial release of the SACPA Reporting Information System is scheduled for Monday, May 7, 2001.
