DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE (DUI) ADVISORY GROUP
The Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Advisory Group meets to discuss emerging issues and provide information regarding regulatory and policy issues associated with the statewide DUI program. In accordance with Title 9, California Code of Regulations, the Department is required to work with representatives of the county alcohol and drug program administrators, DUI programs, the judiciary, the Department of Motor Vehicles, and other interested parties to maintain quality assurance in the DUI program and to develop ongoing measures of effectiveness.
Membership
Membership on the DUI Advisory Group is by invitation from the Director of ADP. Committee members are selected on the basis of their statewide DUI program knowledge, expertise, and commitment to ensuring program effectiveness.
